At the Institute for Mediterranean and Subtropical Horticulture "La Mayora" (IHSM-CSIC), a research station from the University of Málaga, Spain, trials were carried out on tomato seedbeds made from vermiculite and perlite.
Ruth Czermak, Founder and Principal Landscape Architect and Horticulturist at Botanical Traditions, elaborates on the challenges of designing the spaces surrounding a solar test facility at Bridgewater in central Victoria, Australia.
